So, back
then, in the Telegraph Days,
I was a Street Merchant - Hyphen - Artist. I sold tee-shirts to
tourists on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley.
I spent my
days off, nights and weekends painting. Chasing the shadows of
the great artists before me, a willing slave to the New York Modern
Master Myth.
Sometimes
my best friends from my street life, Belcher
and Agnes, would
come over.

try to explain my paintings ... no... maybe it was more like theyd
try to understand my explanation's.
I'd
