Plate 1 - The Avenue Crew I used to sell tee shirts to tourists on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley. Most
people still associate Berkeley with Hippies but by the time I
got there the radical days were over. The Hippies had crashed
or moved or joined the ranks of the neo-capitalists lining the
Avenue. |
